Principles of Science—A Grand Unified Theory of All Science (1991)
This book was completed at the time I retired from Mississippi State University. I believe the universe consists only of kinetic particles. Thus, the language required to describe such a universe must be simple. In this book postulate words are defined and language development is outlined. I felt that the development was outlined in sufficient depth that a knowledgeable linguist could complete the development up to the basic statements of kinetic theory.
The mechanics development underlying the kinetic particle theory of physics was presented next.
Finally, a model of the electron was conceived. This consisted of a triple-loop structure produced by a single neutrino. The smallest loop is the loop where the neutrino thrust force (which is the same for all neutrinos) balances the centrifugal force—and this loop has a radius 1/1836 times that of a proton since its mass is smaller than the proton by that factor. The next larger loop is the loop producing the electrostatic field, which has a radius equal the proton radius. The smaller inertia loops are superimpored on these electrostatic loops. Finally, the third and largest loop is circular with the radius required to produce the electron spin. The electron structure is shown on the front cover of the book.
The mechanism of the interaction of photons and the hydrogen atom was partially identified here in qualitative terms. Acceleration of a matter from rest requires that the neutrino take a spiral path—but the mechanism was not quantified.
The mechanism of the neutron was identified. The electron’s largest loop (the angular momentum loop) is collapsed, and the collapsed electron and proton make the neutron. The combined electron and proton produce the same gravitational field as the electron and proton in the hydrogen atom. Incidentally, neither an electron nor a proton, by itself has a gravitational field. The theory of the cosmos was briefly discussed.
Severly outdated information on biology was presented next and, finally, social systems were touched upon. It was speculated that the mechanism of aging was due to increased knotting of the DNA with each division of aging of somatic cell lines. The mechanism by which organisms make decisions was outlined. It was not clear then, or now for that matter, whether free-will actually exists.
