Force Production from Interacting Gas Flows for BMD Application (1981)

This report was done under contract from the US. Army to Mississippi State University.
By this time, the concept that all matter particles at rest are made up of neutrinos traveling at the speed of light is well engrained in the theory.  Furthermore, neutrinos translate not at sonic speed but at a speed an order of magnitude below sonic speed and by the condensing mechanism of the neutrino.
Prior to this report we were aware of the experiments by Bjerknes (around 1870) which proved that inverse square attractive and repulsive forces could be generated by two separated spheres executing a breathing mode of oscillation when immersed in water.  Theoretical analysis had been developed to show why this was true.  Also, the theoretical analysis extended the result to spheres immersed in an acoustic medium (i.e., medium in which wave transmission time between the sphere is non-negligible compared to the oscillation period) and to many types of periodic disturbing mechanisms.  In the acoustic case the force changes from attraction to repulsion as the separation distance is changed.
In this report Dr. Leon A. Steinert adapted the Bjerknes results to the orbiting neutrino model of all matter to obtain the charge of the electron and proton.  He also modeled the spin of the orbiting neutrino.  Modeling of the spin was intended to prove charge polarity of this theory, and modeling the wave interaction distance was intended to prove that in-phase oscillations would produce repulsion while out-of-phase oscillations would produce attraction.  We believe the maintenance of the relative positions between charges is maintained by the waves and that polarity is caused by the right- or left-spin of the neutrino producing the charge.  This gave us a formula for the basic charge img.
The same phenomenon causes gravity but we had not discovered the mechanism causing the two charge amplitudes to be so low.
We still did not have our final model of the electron.
