30. What is the principal connection between the ether parameters and the four forces of physics?

All four forces are related directly to the mean, 2 , and root mean square, 4 , velocities of the background ether particles. The short range forces are each due to one of the velocity parameters, the strong nuclear force is directly proportional to the square of the mean velocity and the weak nuclear force to the square of the rms velocity. The long range forces (electromagnetic and gravitational) are due to pulsations in the ether gas and are directly proportional to the square of the difference in the ether velocities, i.e., equation. Their difference in magnitude results from the electromagnetic force being due to a field producing device orbiting at a radius equal to the proton radius and the gravitational force being due to a field-producing device orbiting at a radius equal the basic ether particle radius.
